What type of system are we currently using for surveys for teachers? Surveys for parents?
Telephonic system calling parents anonymously. Survey for teachers using i2 based app.
Do you think the school did a good job in responding to going online during COVID?
Were able to go online. System was their, wasn’t as efficient as it could have been and aims were not as considered as they could have been.
How could we improve our online presence as a school?
Embrace the change that we live in the digital world, have interactive whiteboard, as opposed to teaching on glass and whiteboard.
How often do you have to answer technical difficulties in the classroom at the moment. Scale of 1 - 10?
Being there is no tech currently no tech in the classroom except what the teachers bring in I would say rarely, perhaps a 2.
How do you envision a perfect or near perfect technology setup up in our school?
Isn’t one right now, establish a certain structure that will allow the flow of all lessons properly. At the moment, teachers teach according to structure we have have. There isn’t enough structure for feedback put a lesson to help balance that out.
What LMS or LMS’s do you prefer at the current moment for our school?
Salesforce: Good way to plan for upcoming classes. Can be intergrated into everyones phones and their device.
What LMS is our school using at this time?
the i2 based App and ERS. Good Systems but I like Salesforce better

What devices do you prefer the most for the classrooms? What are 3 of your favorite?
IWB with included Speakers. With this setup the skies the limit. Also Ipads for the students so when they finish an activity or test, by the use of Salesforce, it would already go automatically into the system.
What role should technology play in the classroom?
It should be used as an aid but never be the main focus of the class.
What is the goal of technology in our future plans?
In the near future the school will get IWBs. Most likely by the end of the year. Have a simple shared drive where teachers can share resources.
What are the challenges of bring these new devices to the classroom?
Budget for the most part. Infrastructure as well.
Do you think the teachers at our school recieve enough support?
No, we need to do a better job at that through trainings and other measures.
